Spring BBQ Tournament Fundraiser

Participate in our silent auction and enjoy the good company.

Tickets: $25.00 per person (One free ticket for contestants)

Contestants must bring their own table, cooking and serving equipment.  Please provide enough BBQ to serve 10-15 people.

Side dishes and Vegetarian food will be provided by Pot-Luck volunteers. 

Beer/wine and soda will be provided with a donation jar.

Volunteers will be needed for: Pot Luck side dishes.

Tickets at the door.

Games (like 50/50, pin the tale on the elephant, drawing for gifts, and the silent auction.
Can you donate a gift for the Silent Auction?  BE GENEROUS.
